The main difference lies in feel, durability and the type of setting they’re best suited for.

• Dunilin® – a premium material with a linen-like look and feel. Soft, thick and often chosen for fine dining or occasions where a more refined table setting is desired.
• Dunisoft® – soft and flexible, Dunisoft® works well across a wide range of settings, from casual dining to more elevated concepts.
• Bio Dunisoft® – a fossil-free, fully renewable alternative to Dunisoft®. It offers a similar look and feel, with a stronger sustainability profile. Availability for customisation may vary by market.
• Tissue – a practical option for everyday use. Available in different ply levels, where more plies provide greater strength and durability. Commonly used in informal or high-turnover settings.

Yes. We can match your brand colours using Pantone or HKS colour references.

If you have defined brand colours, you can share the colour codes with us and we’ll use them as the basis for the print. This helps ensure consistent results across orders and formats.

Keep in mind that the final appearance can vary slightly depending on the napkin material and base colour, as these affect how colours are absorbed. You’ll receive a digital preview on what to expect before production.

Yes. The inks used for Profile Print napkins are food-safe. They are water-based and compliant with food-contact regulations, making them suitable for hospitality and foodservice use.

Yes. Full-surface designs can be printed using Art Print, depending on the napkin material and format.

Art Print allows patterns, illustrations or graphics to cover a larger area of the napkin rather than being limited to a logo or small placement. Availability and design possibilities vary by material, so we’ll advise what works best based on your chosen napkin and intended use.

Yes, provided the artwork is suitable for print.

For best results, we recommend supplying vector files (such as AI or EPS). The napkin material, base colour and print technique all influence the final look.

Ja. Je ontvangt vóór de start van de productie een digitale preview van je bedrukte servet.

Deze laat zien hoe het ontwerp eruitziet op het gekozen servet, inclusief plaatsing, schaal en kleuren. De productie start pas nadat de preview is gecontroleerd en goedgekeurd.

Het personalisatieproces voor servetten bestaat uit drie duidelijke stappen:

1. Ontwerp – Kies het type servet, het materiaal, het formaat en de kleuren en deel je artwork of ontwerpidee.
2. Druk – Bekijk en keur de digitale preview goed, waarna de productie start.
3. Serveer – De bedrukte servetten worden geleverd en zijn klaar voor gebruik.

Het proces is ontworpen om eenvoudig en begeleid te zijn, met duidelijke controlemomenten voordat de productie begint.

De gebruikelijke levertijd voor bedrukte servetten bedraagt ongeveer 6 tot 8 weken en start na de definitieve goedkeuring van de digitale preview.

De levertijd kan licht variëren afhankelijk van het servetmateriaal, het formaat en de druktechniek.

Ja. Voor bedrukte servetten geldt een minimale bestelhoeveelheid. De exacte minimumhoeveelheid hangt af van het servetmateriaal, het formaat en de vouw. Minimale aantallen worden vastgesteld om een efficiënte productie en consistente drukkwaliteit te garanderen.

De juiste hoeveelheid hangt af van hoe vaak je servetten gebruikt en hoe lang je met de bestelling wilt doen.

Als algemene richtlijn wordt aangeraden om ongeveer zes maanden vooruit te plannen. Dat komt vaak neer op circa 10.000 bedrukte servetten of meer, afhankelijk van je opzet. Dit helpt om de productie efficiënt te houden en de kosten in balans.

We helpen je graag bij het inschatten van de juiste aantallen op basis van je servicevolume, het gekozen formaat en de gebruiksfrequentie.

Ja. Levering aan je groothandel is mogelijk. Leveringsgegevens en tijdlijnen worden bevestigd als onderdeel van het bestelproces.

Ja. Profile Print-servetten zijn een kosteneffectieve manier om je tafelaankleding te personaliseren.

Omdat servetten al deel uitmaken van de dagelijkse service, zijn er geen aanpassingen aan interieur, menu of apparatuur nodig. De kosten zijn afhankelijk van materiaal, formaat, druktechniek en hoeveelheid. Bestellen voor meerdere maanden tegelijk helpt de productie efficiënt te houden.

Profile Print-servetten zijn gemaakt van verantwoord verkregen materialen. Alle servetten zijn FSC®-gecertificeerd en veel producten dragen ook het Nordic Swan Ecolabel. Het exacte duurzaamheidsprofiel hangt af van materiaal, formaat en drukdekking. Wij helpen jou om je opties te kiezen die aansluiten bij jouw eisen.

In veel gevallen wel.

Composteerbaarheid hangt af van het materiaal en de hoeveelheid inktdekking en wordt per geval beoordeeld. Ontwerpen met zware dekking of bepaalde afwerkingen kunnen de composteerbaarheid beïnvloeden.

Alle bedrukte servetten zijn FSC®-gecertificeerd, wat betekent dat de vezels afkomstig zijn uit verantwoord beheerde bronnen. Veel servetproducten zijn daarnaast gecertificeerd met het Nordic Swan Ecolabel, dat strenge eisen stelt aan de milieu-impact gedurende de volledige levenscyclus van het product. De specifieke certificeringen zijn afhankelijk van het gekozen materiaal en formaat.

Ja. De inkten die voor bedrukte servetten worden gebruikt, zijn op waterbasis en voldoen aan lokale, nationale en internationale wetgeving voor stoffen met voedselcontact.

De keuze van inkt en de drukdekking worden ook meegenomen bij de beoordeling van recyclebaarheid en composteerbaarheid, afhankelijk van materiaal en ontwerp.
